Its WiFi capabilities allow it to sync to your router which will relay notifications to your phone from the alarm using a free phone app. These instant notifications will alert you that harmful gases or high temperatures have been detected by the device. This also triggers a 70-decibel siren to alert anyone nearby of the danger. Additionally, it has 3-color light warning indicators. Green means everything is normal, yellow reports that their is a malfunction or that the sensor is about to expire, and red means that a leak or high temp has been detected. You can even remotely activate or deactivate it in the app. The alarm includes mounting hardware for easily attaching to walls or ceilings.
