The switch moves very easily to the stun position; it is very hard to get it to where it needs to be in the middle to use the flashlight.

Some have complained it's too light. I LOVE that! I was looking for something I could carry easily, the loud crack, being able to ward off a dog or coyote. The flashlight is a bonus for at night. It's light and easy to clip on the back of my hip and forget it's even there on walks.
