Tiger Stun Gun
Package arrived in a timely fashion. Stun Gun charged for 6 hours and upon a quick test, seemed to operate fine, got the electric crackle, flashlight works and alarm as well. The sheath provided is not very good and the belt loop snapped off almost immediately as it is sewn on. Ordered a better one on another site. Other than that, can't really give a realistic review until its field tested in a real situation. Overall, good buy, seems like a solid piece of defense hardware. Thanks.

Good Larger Format Stun Gun.
Bought this because Pew Pew Tactical rated it #1 larger format stun gun in their testing, and also recommended Home Security Superstore as the place to buy it.
Overall it’s solid feeling, good ergonomics, rechargeable. The flashlight feature is quite bright. The ‘siren’ is like any other, its only real life useful function is to alert others that you are under attack. The contact points arcing when activated makes a louder than usual crackling electricity sound which just may stop the assailant from wanting to close on you if you activate at the first sign of attack. If not, use it without hesitation and hold it on the attacker until they are incapacitated (different people, different effects) which should be a couple seconds max. Then GET AWAY.
This is a defensive weapon of last resort which I’d only have with me if in a place that I cannot lawfully carry a firearm.
Minor gripes are the 110v charging cord is a non-typical connection at the stun gun so lose it and you may have difficulty replacing it. The carrying case is not much, but adequate for very light duty. Better (my opinion) aftermarket cases are cheap and available, so I ordered one.
Finally, I would prefer a separate flashlight switch. On this device the light must be ‘on’ to be able to use the stun feature, thus both revealing your position if not yet noticed and making your arm movements easily anticipated, so strike hard and fast to negate that negative.
