This ASP® LockWrite is the perfect tool for law enforcement. It has the unique ability to switch between a functioning pen and a handcuff key with just a click. The key is made of a durable 4140 steel alloy and is precision machined, heat treated, polished, and plated to last and not break inside cuffs, unlike many others on the market. The unit comes with two ink cartridges with one preinstalled in the matte black body. On top of that, it has a pocket clip that makes it easy to carry.

The pen writes very smooth, and the key works great in my set of ASP handcuffs. Wish it had a pin underneath the cap to access the locking switch.
